750FlatFeeExamples$750 Flat Fee Option is our pay-per-service option which can save you thousands of dollars in commission and is designed for experienced sellers, like investors: You pay $750 at the time the listing agreement is signed.   You will also pay the Buyers Agent commission (generally 3%) and the FMLS service fee of .0012% paid at closing. We offer a full range of services that are individually priced so you can choose the ones you want.
