We know just how stressful and difficult it can be to search for and purchase a home in today’s market.  At Atlanta Area Property, we offer you, the Buyer, all the services that insure your home-buying experience is smooth and enjoyable – and it won’t cost you a penny because our fees are paid by the home seller.

STEP 1: SIGN UP FOR DIRECT ACCESS TO THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
Sign up for a FREE PORTAL to the Multiple Listing Service and get notified the minute a home that fits your criteria is listed. The AAPM Client Port allows you to modify your search and you can build your home searches with the exact features you are looking. You’ll have immediate access to homes as soon as they are listed.  You get the same great search criteria that Agents use and will be immediately notified so you get them before they hit the general market.

STEP 2: CONTACT ONE OF OUR BUYER’S AGENTS
Our experienced Buyer’s Agents can help you assess your requirements and adjust your search criteria so you don’t miss out on homes that might be a fit for your family and exclude homes that are a waste of time. We personalize your search and you’ll be updated on a daily basis. Our Buyer’s Agents have lived and raised their families in North Metro Atlanta Area which allows them to offer valuable information about schools, neighborhoods and community features. Once you have selected homes you are interested in, we will schedule appointments for you to view them, guide you through the viewings, and provide advice, where applicable, on any issues with the property.

 STEP 3: MAKE AN OFFER
Once you find a home you are interested in purchasing, we’ll help you make an offer. Although exciting, making an offer is often high-anxiety time.  Our experienced Buyer’s Agent will provide you with comparable home sales in the neighborhood and make sure your offer is on target. We explain the contracts and the details of the transaction, provide guidance on negotiable items, present the offer to the Seller’s Agent, assist in the entire negotiation process helping you get the best price for your new home, and completely represent you.  Our goal is to make purchasing a new home as stress-free as possible.

STEP 4: GETTING TO CLOSING
Once your offer is accepted, it’s a marathon to get to your closing.  A lot of different activities start, run, and end simultaneously and all impact the close.  There is the inspection, appraisal, financing, escrows, and so much more.  We will review all pertinent documents, such as the Settlement Statement, for accuracy, attend the closing, and follow up with all related parties as necessary following closing.  We’re here to guide and advise you through every piece of the closing process, and help insure the purchase of your new home goes smoothly.
